How to cook your Daniel 1.8 Vegetable Burger :
Never Thaw Your Vegetable Burger! Always Cook it from the Frozen State !
Stove Top -Prepare your stove top pan or your oven pan with a little Virgin Olive Oil and turn heat to medium. Remove your burger from the freezer and place in your pan to Sautee' for approximately 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Our burger is huge so make sure that your spatula is a decent size that can handle the size of your patty to prevent crumbling.
On The Grill -For you grill lovers make sure that your grill is clean and show your patty some extra love by oiling it generously with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place on the High Heat Grill that has been sprayed with Non-stich Pan Spray and oiled as well. It is important that you get the Cooking process going so that the burger gets a nice sear. You want to get the cooking process going, this holds the burger together. After 8 minutes flip burger with a straight, square steel spatula. Cook on the opposite side for 8 minutes and serve with a Tzitiki or Chipotle Mayonnaise.
In The Oven - Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Take your Frozen burger and place on a sheet pan with at least a 1 Inch lip to prevent oil from spilling in the oven or a you can use a Sizzle Platter. Coat each side of the burger with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Oil of your choice. and Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Use the bottom as your serving side. For an even crispier burger flip half way through the cooking process with a straight steel square spatula.
